Details:

The torso is the main section of the human body, excluding the head, arms, and legs. It includes the chest, abdomen, and back, forming a central structure that houses vital organs like the lungs, heart, and digestive system. The torso also supports the skeletal and muscular systems, allowing for movement, stability, and balance.

A cuirass is a piece of body armor crafted to protect the torso. It traditionally consists of two parts: a breastplate covering the front and a backplate covering the rear, joined together for full upper-body defense. Commonly used in ancient and medieval warfare, cuirasses were made from metal or hardened leather, providing a balance between protection and mobility. Some featured detailed engravings or embellishments, reflecting the status or rank of the wearer.
